Terms and Conditions

The URL that you choose to link to must contain the code given. You may not link to a website that does not include the banner exchange code. If you are found doing so your site will be removed from the exchange.
You may not include your code on more than one site or in more than one place. Duplicates are tracked by the system and sites found infringing this policy will be removed from the exchange.
For Wordpress sites and other sites with sidebars, we understand that the code will appear on every page and post. This is okay, and encouraged! As long as the code appears on the same domain that your banner links to, that is okay.
Premiership Talk reserves the right to remove sites for having inappropriate banners. Please do not post any nudity, harassment, or racial slurs in your banners.
Premiership Talk reserves the right to remove any sites from the banner exchange.
