According to Goal.com, Manchester United are hoping to transfer forward Bebe to another club on a permanent deal. The 23 year old striker is currently on loan to Portuguese club Pacos de Ferreira but United are paying for a majority of his £25,000 a week wages and would like to get the Portuguese forward off their books. United are reportedly still paying £20,000 a week for Bebe, whose contract does not expire for two years.
With the arrival of new manager David Moyes at United this summer, it seems that Bebe’s time at the English club may be coming to an end. Moyes is looking to send the forward to Pacos de Ferreira on a permanent deal as the manager is reportedly weighing his options with the Portuguese club.
The signing of Bebe occurred under the reign of former manager Sir Alex Ferguson when the long-time United boss found and signed Bebe in 2010. Ferguson had never seen the youngster play prior to buying him for over £7 million but felt he would be a good signing and would develop at the club. Bebe has not panned out as the Portuguese striker has only made seven appearances for United since joining three years ago.
