Retired Everton captain Phil Neville is currently looking for a tenant for his luxury Manchester flat, which is currently being offered at the low price of just… £15,000 per month! The former Manchester United defender has had his 45th floor flat on the market since 2010, but has struggled to find a buyer at the price of £4 million, so has been forced to reduce the price by £250,000.

The Liverpool Echo today published pictures from within the Neville residence, revealing breathtaking views of Manchester. The flat has been home to Neville, his wife, and two children, and offers an unrivaled panorama of the city where Neville used to play. Neville’s future still in the balance

Neville officially announced his retirement from playing football earlier this month, but as of now his future remains unclear. With David Moyes taking the reins at Manchester United there is much speculation that Neville will be announced as a first team coach at Old Trafford. He’s also been linked with a punditry role for the BBC at next summer’s World Cup, hinting that he may follow in his brother Gary’s footsteps into the world of the media.
