Video: Pogba’s two screamers

By | 22nd January 2013

Juventus central midfielder Paul Pogba was on the mark for the Italian champions this past weekend, scoring two screamers against Serie A side Udinese. The young French midfielder has been an incredible signing for the defending Serie A champions, and is progressing each and every weekend as he grows into his role with the Old Lady.

Pogba controversially left Premier League leaders Manchester United over the summer after allowing his contract to run out. The decision meant that the Red Devils lost their two most promising youth academy products within a span of six months – with talented winger Ravel Morrison also finding the Old Trafford exit door.

Nonetheless, the 19 year old is proving that there is life after United as he has cemented his spot in Juve’s first eleven. The midfielder, who has been likened to former Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira, has become an integral part of the Serie A side, accomplishing his goal of joining a club that could offer first-team football.

Enjoy the video above of Pogba’s two stunning strikes, and leave your comments below about the Frenchman! Was Sir Alex Ferguson wrong to let the midfielder go?
