john-terryJohn Terry is set for showdown talks this week with new Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti. Ancelotti begins his new position at Stamford Bridge today, and he is sending a strong and clear message to his captain by telling him to submit it or swallow it.

John Terry has been the subject of much speculation recently, with Manchester City hot on the heels of the English captain. Now, with Ancelotti at the helm, Chelsea management and staff are looking for answers. The Italian’s first move will be to issue his captain an ultimatum – if Terry wants to make his big money move to Manchester City, he must officially submit his transfer request and let the Chelsea faithful know that he wants to leave.

City are rumored to be preparing a bid that will meet Chelsea’s asking price of £45 million. If the deal goes through it will see Mr. Chelsea earn an astonishing £280,000 a week, double that of his Chelsea contract.

Will City sign Terry? Could Chelsea replace him? Have your say below!
