Who is Marouane Fellaini? Well if you still don’t know who he is after Saturday’s match against Manchester United, you two better get acquainted. He may only be 20 years old, but he is an important member of the Everton first-team. On Saturday, he had an amazing day on the pitch, and it all culminated with a 63rd minute header goal. This Belgian midfielder means business, and he doesn’t care that he only has 2 years of first-team experience. He is already attracting attention from bigger clubs all around the world. A move to the Big Four is practically expected. Manchester United and Chelsea have already been reported to have been looking into the prospect of a transfer. The hype around this young midfielder is growing, especially as January draws closer. Look for the battle for Fellaini to be intense. Who knows? A team like Manchester City, and their newly deepened pockets may splash money all over Everton just to sign this young phenom. One thing we all know, no matter what happens, Fellaini will just keep on enjoying his time in the English Premier League. And that is exactly why Marouane Fellaini is this week’s Premiership Talk Wednesday Wonder.
