With Emmanuel Adebayor stating his desire to leave, Arsene Wenger is reportedly turning his attention towards Dutch striker Klass-Jan Huntelaar. With top clubs around the world chasing after the bright Ajax youngster, it is believed that Arsenal are prepared to pay a price of around £21 million.

The 24 year old, often deemed the next Ruud van Nistelrooy, has just recently rejected a new contract from Ajax. With two years remaining on his current contract, Ajax will surely realize this is the time to sell.

After completing their first official signing of the summer, Chelsea are now preparing a bid for another La Liga star. Robinho is reportedly Chelsea’s top priority now, and a bid of around £25 million might make Real Madrid start listening. Robinho’s agent has come out and said, “I expect there to be an official contact between the clubs this week.” With a solid offer on the table we should be hearing more about this by Friday.

With Brazilian Scolari at the helm, I’m sure he’d love to see Robinho in a blue shirt. Robinho’s youth and enthusiasm for the game would be a perfect complement for recent signing Deco’s experience and ability.
