Premiership Talk understands that Cristiano Ronaldo is set to commit his future to Manchester United. In a dramatic u-turn, Ronaldo has told close friends and family that he is fed up with the way that Madrid has handled this saga and is ready to pledge his allegiance to the reigning English and European champions.

Real Madrid have ruined this deal for themselves as they have continuously spoken to the press about Ronaldo while not putting anything concrete on the table. Both United and Ronaldo have become sick of this and the saga has come to an end. On top of all that, Real couldn’t even uphold their initial wage promises as they were only ready to offer Ronaldo £5.5 million a season, which is a large paycut.

It appears United are now prepared to offer Ronaldo a record breaking £200,000 a week deal with added bonuses including image right fees.
